Power Circuit® Single Station Specifications

Frame:
Construction: 2" x 2" x .120" wall (5lx5lx3mm) square steel tubing. Units are a combination of welded construction and mechanical fastening using Grade 5 hardware. Machines can be disassembled to fit through any size doorway or opening.

Anchor: Each machine is equipped with a provision for anchoring it to the floor.

Finish: High-durability powder coating that resists flaking, chipping and rusting.

Colors: Standard color is Arctic White. Custom colors available for additional charge.

Upholstery:
Foam Type: Fire resistant polyurethane. Thickly padded 8 lb. (3.6kg) density.

Cover Material: Stain, abrasion and fade resistant vinyl with protective finish. Protective slipcovers: Stain, abrasion and fade resistant protective vinyl provided on all high-wear areas.

Colors: Standard color is Black. Custom colors available for additional charge.

Cable:
Black urethane-coated steel cable with a tensile strength of 2000 lbs. (907kg). U.S. Military Specification. A 1/2"x l-1/4" (12.7x3l.8mm) threaded fastener attaches the cable to the weight stack. Unique cable assembly features a notched pulley wheel, swaged balled-end cable and 3-position connector (patent pending). This assembly lets the cable rotate to reduce premature wearing, allows for quick and easy adjustments of cable stretch and cable changes without removing pulley wheels or cable guides.


Pulley Wheels:
5" O.D. (13cm) pulley wheel of glass-reinforced nylon with quiet precision ground bearings.


Weight Stack:
Individual Plates: Precision machined, cast iron finished to .002" (.05mm) tolerance, with Capron 8200 bushings to float and self-align as weight plates travel up and down on runner guides.

Finish: Black paint.

Weight Runner Guides: 1" (25mm) diameter chrome-plated solid steel.

Weight Selection Shaft: 1" (25mm) diameter chrome-plated solid steel.

Selector Key: Case hardened steel with tensile strength of 200,000 lbs. (90,700kg), self-locking.

Weight Selection: Easy access weight stacks adjust from the exercise position.

Weight Resistance: Refer to individual machine specs.

Note: Weight Stack Enclosures
Optional enclosures are available for all weight stacks on Universal Power Circuit single station weight machines to help prevent inadvertent contact with moving parts and weights.


Cams:
Designed to vary resistance throughout the range of motion to compensate for leverage changes and assure smooth and constant muscle contraction.


Adjustments:
Seat and pad adjustments are chromed and numerically indexed for repeatability.


Drive Mechanism:
Power Circuit stations are either center or side-driven. All pivot points use a 1" (25mm) diameter 303 stainless steel shaft with two oil impregnated bronze bushings. Side-drive mechanisms have a double reinforced cross bracing of 2" (51mm) square tube.


Instructional Placards:
Each selectorized machine has an instructional placard visible from the exercise position with step-by-step instructions
and illustrations of proper positioning and lifting technique. Also includes anatomical drawings of muscles involved.


Warranty:
Structural Steel & Welds: Ten (10) year parts and labor.

Cables-Mechanical Parts: One (1) year parts.

Upholstery: Ninety (90) days parts and freight.
