Workout Stations
DVR Chest/Shoulder Press:
Combination Chest/Shoulder Press offers a 22 plate stack using 10 lb.
plates with 26 to 234 lbs. (12 to 106 kg) of
Dynamic Variable Resistance. Special mechanism adjusts lifting arm angle
low for Chest Press and high for Shoulder
Press. Free-standing Dynafoam upholstered Flat Bench included.
Leg Extension/Leg Curl:
Combination Leg Extension/Leg Curl offers a 22 plate stack using 10 lb.
plates with resistance from 26 to 220 lbs. (12 to 100 kg). Rollers and
contoured bench are thickly padded with tough Dynafoam. Leg pad adjusts
for proper alignment and comfort with one-hand adjustment plunger.
High Pulley:
Offers a 22 plate stack using 10 lb. plates with resistance from 10 to
220 lbs. (5 to 100 kg). Comes with attached Lat Bar.
Mid-Pulley:
Uses same weight stack as the High Pulley. Furnished with Stirrup Handle.
Low Pulley:
Uses same weight stack as the High Pulley and Mid-Range Pulley. Furnished
with Multi-Purpose Exercise Bar.
Vertical Chest:
Uses same weight stack as Combination Leg Extension/Leg Curl. Designed
for bilateral and unilateral usage. Durable
elliptical cams keep arc of movement smooth and vary the resistance throughout
the range of motion. Back pad and arm support are all finished in the
standard Dynafoam upholstery.
Abdominal Board: (optional attachment)
Adjustable to 14 positions in 2" (51 mm) increments. Four thickly
padded Dynafoam instep pads keep legs and feet
anchored in a safe and proper position.
