Basic Frame & Component Station:
2" (51 mm) square x .120" (3 mm) wall steel tubing finished in trivalent hex chrome. Combination of welded construction and mechanical fastening using Grade 5 bolts.
Frame Bracing:
11/2" x 11/2" (38 x 38 mm) wall, square steel tubing with solid 1" (25 mm) O.D., .090" (2.3 mm) wall, round steel tubing.
Weight Stacks:
Individual cast iron plates with Capron 8200 bushings built into every plate. Bushings are free floating to assure automatic self-alignment. Black weight stacks.
Weight Selector System:
Selectorized weight system with special case hardened selector keys inserted into the selector shafts to lock and hold weights. Selector shaft is made of 1" (25 mm) diameter, cold rolled steel (chrome).
Weight Stack Runner Guides:
Solid 1" (25 mm) diameter cold rolled steel (chrome).
Cable/Pulley Systems:
Urethane coated steel cables with a tensile strength of 2000 lbs. (907 kg).
U.S. military spec with all pulley wheels made with precision sealed bearings 5.5" (140 mm) in diameter.
Upholstery:
Standard upholstery is high-density black molded Dynafoam. Custom colors are available in Naugahyde for an additional charge.
Instructional Placards:
Step-by-step instructions visible from all stations show proper positioning as well as anatomical drawings of the muscle groups involved.
Warranty:
Structural Steel & Welds: Ten (10) year parts and labor.
Cables-Mechanical Parts: One (1) year parts.
Upholstery: Ninety (90) days parts and freight.
